Grind 4- hrs. soaked dals,,curd,chilli, ginger in mixer grinder like suji consistency, and keep it for rest till fermentation. Now add salt,turmeric powder, garlic baking powder, baking soda, oil & mix well in one direction.
Now pour batter in greased preheated plate and steam for 15-20 minutes covering with lead or till cooked.
Remove cooked Khaman plate from the steamer. For tempering heat small kadai add oil, mustard, cumin, sesame, when starts cracking add curry leaves& asafoetida. Turn off gas and pour on cut Khaman plate with spoon.
Tasty Mix Vati Dal Lahsuni khaman are ready to serve.
